Harmoni HRMS: Cloud Human Resource Platform

Harmoni is a cloud HRMS concept for mid-sized Indonesian companies that want attendance, leave, payroll and employee self-service in one place. Built as a multi-tenant SaaS, each company gets its own workspace, policies and approval flows.

Core Modules

• Employee Self-Service: profile, documents, payslips and leave requests from web or mobile.

• Attendance: clock-in with geofencing, shift scheduling and overtime calculation.

• Leave & Approvals: configurable leave types and multi-level approval chains.

• Payroll: salary components, PPh 21 and BPJS calculation rules, and payslip generation.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: job postings, candidate pipeline and onboarding checklists.

Technical Approach

A modular monolith in TypeScript (NestJS) with PostgreSQL row-level tenant isolation, a background job queue for payroll runs, and an audit log for every change to employee data. Role-based access control follows least privilege by default.

Scope & Status

Project concept delivered as a reference build for the public demo. Feature list and rules are illustrative and should be validated against current regulations before production use.
