Sekolahku Cloud is a subscription-based school management platform. Each school subscribes to a plan that unlocks modules for academics, attendance, billing and parent communication, with a central dashboard for the foundation or school network.

Core Modules

• Student & Class Management: enrollment, class rosters, and academic year rollover.

• Attendance & Grades: daily attendance, assessment entry and report card generation.

• Tuition Billing: invoice generation, installment plans and online payment links.

• Parent Portal: grades, attendance alerts, invoices and messages in one app.

• Subscription Management: plan tiers, trials, renewals and feature gating per school.

Technical Approach

Multi-tenant architecture with per-school data isolation, plan-based feature flags, and a billing service that integrates with payment gateways for recurring charges. Parent notifications run through a queue with retry handling.

Scope & Status

Project concept built as a reference SaaS. Plans, prices and modules are illustrative.
